Beyond Survival
Trauma and post-traumatic growth workshops explore how overwhelming experiences can affect identity, relationships, choice and meaning—and what supports movement beyond survival.
The initial focus is military members, Veterans and first responders. Workshop enquiries can also address the needs of health-care teams, schools and other organisations. Content, format, timing and fees are discussed directly so the scope fits the audience and the organisation’s aims.

Clinical supervision offers space to reflect on case formulation, the therapeutic relationship, clinical judgement and professional development. Chris brings an integrative perspective informed by trauma work, addictions, attachment and meaning-centred practice.
